Business visa
There are a number of visa options for business which is divided into three categories Business Visit, Business Development (Provisional), and Business Development (Permanent)
Business Visit
Business visitor visas are for business people to visit Australia for business purposes (Normally for a period of three months).
Business purposes as for example:
To attend a conference or training session, to conduct business with an Australia-based organisation, to conduct business negotiations or for an exploratory business visit.
Note: Business activities do not include acting, musical performances or commercial film making.
Business Development (Provisional)
It is for business people to establish a business in Australia, manage a new or existing business or invest in Australia to apply for a Provisional visa which later direct to permanent residency.
Business Development (Permanent)
It is for Business people who have established the required level of business in Australia while holding a provisional visa to become permanent residency. High-calibre business people can also apply for permanent residence visa without qualifying through the Provisional visa
